which is better in encoding nero6 or tmpgenc

which is better in encoding nero6 or tmpgenc with NORMAL motion search precision? which has the better quality output? i only plan to use NORMAL motion search precision coz HIGH is so slow and i need to finish my projects ASAP...

ill convert my wmv, mpg, avi files to vcd format using TMPGEnc first then burn them using Nero 6.

but if Nero 6 is better in encoding than TMPGEnc with Normal motion search precision then ill directly encode and burn using Nero6

Use tmpgenc,its a much better encoder,nero is best for burning only.

Nero is one of the best burning softwares - but their encoding options are usually lackinbg - since these are only supplementary to the burning function. always use designated programs for designated tasks - they wrok better, and quite often faster. in this case - use tmpeg.
