What the hell is going on here?

hi, im trying to back up my copy of The Last Castle everytime i start using DVD Decrypter but i keep getting this error..

Iv also tried using DVD Shrink,Copy To DVD and Instant Copy but i still get error's and then it just stops....can anyone give me a hand here?..thx

always worth a try, open the dvd in power dvd or anothe dvd player. leave it running in the background and then open dvddecrypter. start decrypting and if all goes well you can then close powerdvd.

I had this exact problem with Black Knight!!

I fixed it with a very easy solution.

I spit all over the DVD!

Yeah, that's right. Spit all over it, who cares what people say. Then, I took hold of the cotton shirt I was wearing, and I rubbed it all off!!

LoL. Seriously, you should try cleaning it well, then doing it again. It worked for me..disc didnt even look dirty..but maybe I just have magic spit.

Just use PowerDVD to play the disc for a few seconds, then you can decrypt. Newer versions of DVDShrink shouldn't give that error even you if do not play any of the movie first. That movie can be backed-up!

it may not be the answer but try it again and turn off ANYDVD when using DVDDecrypter. I have ripped a couple of DVD's and left ANYDVD on only to find they haven't ripped properly
