    I haven't seen anything quite that bad, but5 - 6 toolbars, with at least one of them being known spyware/malware is not uncommon amongst the machines I support.

    I wouldn't say HEAL exactly but the reset does get rid of many unwanted add ons and plugins. I mean if the machine is infected with something thats going to put it back it can still put it back but many basic IE problems are fixable just by that quick little reset procedure. Its not excuse to not be running Firefox but at least its a bit of help for those end users who don't know any better.
