I know there is some software (i think its freeware) that will read a blank cd/dvd and tell you who made the disc, the max write speed and some other stuff. I think it is by nero, but i'm not sure. does anyone know what it is called and where i can get it? My friend gave me a spindle of 25 blank dvd-r discs and it doesn't say the max write speed on it and i would like to know so i don't screw it up. TIA!!!![]()

DVD Decrypter will also give you information about the disc.
