In a move that will delight those MSCL fans who pre-ordered and, financially laid the groundwork for, the first production run of MSCL box-sets, Jason Rosenfeld was awarded 'custody' of the unshipped MSCL lunchbox+dvd combo - offered to those supporting the venture initially.

In an email sent just days ago, Rosenfeld told UK pre-orderers':

"Dear former AnotherUniverse.com UK customers:

This email is, more or less, a verbatim copy of an email that went out to US customers over the last 2 months (with changes pertaining to UK shipping). It discusses the arrest of Ross Rojek, the shutdown of AU.com by the FBI and my *temporary* stewardship of your bonus materials (yes, I do have them in a safe place, but please read this email for more information), which I removed from the AU.com warehouse after receiving the ok from the FBI and the individual responsible for disposing of AU.com's assets."

The email went on to detail the circumstances surrounding part-man, part-monster Ross Rojek.

"Ross Rojek, the CEO of AnotherUniverse.com was arrested by the FBI on April 13 for multiple counts of wire fraud, mail fraud and money laundering. There were multiple scams and the amount stolen totalled in the millions of dollars. AnotherUniverse.com has been closed down. All of Rojek's companies have been shuttered by law enforcement (July 7 note: as of this writing he is still in jail, awaiting trial)."

As fans in the UK read this there can be little doubt that glasses were raised to the FBI agents, who brought Rojek to justice for multi-million dollar fraud.

Amongst global buyers (of the boxset) Rosenfeld is regarded as a worthy champion for the cause - in this case being that of double-charging early purchasers, little or no communication and perhaps most frustratingly of all - denying so many of the limited edition mscl lunchbox and bonus dvd.

As Rojek prepares to rot (though currently incarcerated) for years in jail, fans of the show surely await the commencement of his trial in anticipation of synchronised celebrations involving personal premieres of the bonus material.

Although those so deprived of the extras are aware - mostly through MSCL.com, of the content of this DVD, there is the hunger for the lunchbox. This simple item, whilst lacking in any significant appeal, represents a lunch-carrying-badge for those who worshipped the show - prematurely cut in the opinions of many.

In a fictional interview, Rosenfeld commented, "I would've beaten these items out of Rojek's ass but the FBI had their hands in the right position, at the right time".
