but that still doesnt mean that THIS photo was photoshopped. i think it is. i have a phone cam, and it doesnt look like that. you can definetly see a different pixelation around the letters than in the whole pic. thats a sign that the letters were edited.

Is the live fish supposed to warn people aboput something or does it have to comply with some local code? If I saw a truck like that, I'd probably be fishing off it's back, if the fish are large enough. Could be a truck for a local market or something. I didn't find it funny. Now if it were a water truck with the "flamable" plate showing, that would be funny. NOt that much, but I think it would attract more laughs.

Looks like an Australian sign. I haven't seen that exact one but a very similar one to that.
