  1. I am thinking of buying these from Amazon.com

    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0001YFX34/qid=1087713891/sr=8-2/ref=pd_...onics&n=507846

But I see that other posters here say that these are RMA'S from other stores. I see that it was about DVD-R'S. So is this the case for the +R as well? If so can anyone tell me where to buy quality DVD +R media which has the best compatibility in DVD players preferably "RICOHJPNR01" for $35.00 or so for 50 pack. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These guys have a 4 star reputation and from the user comments these seem to be the code you want.

What is the difference between Ritek and Ridata?
Ritek is the manufacturer and Ridata is Riteks own brand name. Ritek only uses high quality dvd media for Ridata Brand.

    You're welcome.

I bought a 100 pack of these about 6 weeks ago and didn't go to use them until recently. That is when I realized they are about the worst media I have ever tried. I can't return them because it has been to long. That will be the last time I ever buy Ridata, or even Ritek for that matter. Any company that cares so little about there good name that they would dump trash media on the market can forget my business.

  10. I bought thoses ritek from meritline. They work great for me. Are they RMA's or not? Who knows, some say they are, some say that is just a rumor. I just got them a few days ago, but so far I made 17 perfect burns with them, and not one problem. I scanned them with nero and they came out 100% perfect. Plus the all important play test, which they work great. Even my 5 year old player plays them perfect, which it hardly plays anything. Of course my new player plays them too.
Buy whatever you think will work out for you, In my experience those ritek's are fine though.

  11. Don't buy those.

I bought 200 from Meritline, very bad media.

10 out of 10 Medias I had burned has lighter ring in the center of media, and 3 out of 10 burned media I scanned with Nero CD/DVD or DVDInfo Pro has bad sectors.

    Crap!
