I need a free and easy way to turn my TMPGEnc mpegs directly into .vob files without re-encoding them. I've searched through all the articles and can't seem to find out how. I know that authoring programs will do it when they create your dvd, but I don't want to create a dvd at this time, just simply take the mpeg and make it into a .vob file. The only programs that I have right now are TMPGEnc and Studio 8. So I'm looking for something free. Thank you for your help.

Hi dj,
Check out ifoedit - it authors MPEGs to VOBs and is freeware.
Hope that helps. There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.
