Digital camera recommendations?

so my little HP 120 1mp camera is missing. don't know when it's going to turn up, if ever, so I'm already contemplating my next purchase.

here's what my minimum requirements are:

- 1.3 megapixels or better
- color screen for preview
- 2x or better zoom, preferably mechanical as well as digital
- uses compact flash for storage
- decent battery life (not a total power pig)
- motion video nice but not critical
- sound recording ability nice but not critical

ideally, I'd like to spend $150 or less, if I could get my top 4 requirements for under $100, that would be even better.

any suggestions or links to cheap vendors are appreciated.

What is the point of dig zoom ?, as soon as it is on your pc you have just the same aim for optical !!!!!, I have a pentax optio 550 think it is now the 555, not sure on prices, but you stateside people always get the best deal, bought mine from there and had it shipped.
