I just finished ripping a DVD and then loaded it into Virtual Dub mod so I could make an AVI of the VOB
When I loaded the VOB however there was something wrong; after a bit of head scratching I realized that the French Video track (for the titles) was in the same video file. (I have not seen this before)
I can play the VOB in Window Media Player just fine, but Virtual Dub is having a hard time with these extra frames.
Every 30-60 frames the video bounces back to display the same portion of video, yet it is the french version.
I hope I explained this properly.
Is there a setting in VDUB that I use to remove these extra frames?
thanks

Try jumping into Shrink and reauthor it. I had the same thing with Disney's Junglebook (original animated version). Hopefully that fixes it.
