I tried converting my bad boys 2 dvd into divx using dvdx2.2 and divx codec 4.12. The movie is about 2hr 22min long and I tried ripping and encoding it to divx but when the program finished, the movie had only done about 2hr 10 min even though the file said 2 hr 22 min. I used Dr. Divx calculator to find the video bitrate. I guess it had stretched out the 2hr 10min to 2 hr 22min and cut off the end of the movie. I put the output frame rate at 23.976 (ntsc) checked force 24hz. checked audio/video synchronisation and I had to set the audio to 80kb/s in order to make the bitrate go up a bit. I followed every step of one of the guides I found here on this site but don't remember which one. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how I can fix it? I don't want to try again unless I know it will come out right. Any help would be appreciated it. Thanks for looking.
