Probably not the best place to ask this but......
What is the limits as far as MoBo and CPU temperatures?
On the high end of course, I don't worry about my processor or Mother board freezing.
Reason is because I never paid much attention to it, mine is at 44-46 C and I am OC'ed, I figure it should be a little lower than that but how high is dangerous high?

Perfectly fine there.
Lot of ppl don't like their CPU above 50s/60s but 70C and above is really the red mark.
It's different for each core though. -
I am pretty sure that the official limit on AMDs are around 90 C. But you would most likely be seeing random reboots before you reached it. I think that is the point where physical damage begins to occur.
EDIT: I was close, I just checked AMD's website, the 2400+ has a die temp limit of 85 C"A beginning is the time for taking the most delicate care that the balances are correct."

Cool...Thanks...Pic and Solar.
I OC'ed up there pretty good and was running 54 C and wasn't sure so I backed it back down...so back up I go.... -
I've been running ASUS Probe since I put my new box together about a month ago. I have a 2.8 P4 and an ASUS mobo. At rest, my processor temp is ~33, mobo ~30. When I start running a bunch of apps, the mobo will raise a couple of degrees and the processor temp will spike to the mid 40s, but average around 37 degrees.
I've seen the processor spike to 50 degrees once and the lowest I have seen them are 30 and 22. I have a generic case with only a few slots on the side and two fans I bought from newegg for a couple bucks each...

Mine runs around 31 to 34 C but I have a large aluminum case with good circulation and I am not overclocking. I think you're well within the safe range.
