is there a plug-in that lets add looping to a imovie, final cut express or toast?

When you go to master your DVD with DVD Studio Pro, you can set up looping for specific video or audio tracks, so that it will loop forever. You can't just have a video file loop forever, or it would be infinitely huge. Other DVD mastering software for the Mac do not have that capability.

In iDVD 4, you can drop a movie into the autoplay well (from map) and then click on the looping option under the advanced menu.
