I'm trying to encode The Last Samurai Xvid Brutus with procoder. The fps is 23.967. Why is there no option to encode to ntsc film 23.967 fps. For svcd mpeg 1 and 2, the only options are ntsc 29.97 or pal 25.
When i encode Samurai at 29.97 on highest quality theres no visible pixels but theres like tiny lines in the vid when theres lots of motion on camera( batttles and gunfights ect.) I don't know if this is because of the fps being dif cuz the only files I have at the moment are 23.967. Could be other reasons?
Need help for this and future conversions.
Note - I decompressed the audio to pcm with this file.
