    I need recommendations for a good capture card, which able to capture to uncompressed 720x576 (PAL) file in very high quality, without real time compressing to VCD, SVCD ect` that make the quality of the captured video lower. I want to capture to uncompressed 720x576 file..and then to compress it myslef to the format I want. the card must have an input for a SCART cable..cause I want to connect it to my digital tv box..but it can be without tuner. can anyone recommend me a card with all the mentioned features please?
