    Every time I join movie files I endup with a huge file. For example I got a 37 mb file choped in two files. When I join them together I end up with 3 gigs!!!! So can someone tell me how to compress them to the max.

    They`re .avi, and I`m using virtueldub.

    select direct stream copy under both audio and video and save.
