I have a Quicktime file (.mov) that is too large for a competition's requirements. As of now it is 7.23 MB. I need it to be 3 MB. Are there any good programs for compression that won't completely ruin the quality of my video (including audio)? I need it to remain high quality but still be a Quicktime file.

What program are you using to create the Quicktime ? You're using h264 as the codec ?
