    i need help converting my .sub files to .srt files. because i have somehow made that i cant play .sub files anymore, doesnt even matter if i uninstall vobsub and then reinstall, it wont help, the icon of my .sub files is a txt doc. there must be someway too change it back?? or i appreciate a program that can convert sub to srt... when i try to load my .sub files in example: Subtitle Workshop or Subtitle Studio, its says that it is an unsupported format or a bad file??

    Use VobSub Resynch. Load the SUB file, save it as an SRT file.

    normally must sub files are ???? . srt.txt files ( the full extension) go to my computor click on tools folder options , click on view uncheck the box " hide extensions for known file types" and apply. Now right click on ur subtile file and go to properties here u should now be able to see the full file extension rename it as ?? .srt file. now u have an srt file .
