I made a XSVCD with a min bitrate of 2000, max of 8000, & avg of 5000
The audio is .mp2 at 48000 hz & 384kb/s.
The video seems to play fine. But occassionally (I think at high motion scenes) the audio starts skipping. I tried reducing the sampling rate to 44000 hz. It did not work. I encoded the video with TMPGEnc Plus 2.521 & the audio with tooLame. My DVD Player is a CyberHome 402.
Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it.
I've encoded many (X)SVCD's at about 2500 kb/s & the audio always played fine. Does it have something to do with the bitrate? If so, why?
The player plays DVD's with a much higher bitrate.
