    I created one in MS Word, and it has an outline for cutting. You can overlay graphics into the spine area but I use it for just titles in most cases. Have you thought of using an MS Word template before?

    I just scanned one of those pre-cut sheets from some crappy "Create your Own" programs....the ones that DONT allow importing of images or text. I place the scan of the complete sheet into Image Composer and do my stuff over top of the scan....which handily has the outline of the DVD insert. I also use A4 paper...MUCH easier.
