Most of my DVD-RW and +RW disks burn well over and over again. Recently I keep getting previously goods disks getting SCSI interpretation errors half ay through the disk when writing with DVDDecryter. I've tried full formatting (with DVDDecryter and DVDInfo2) but nothing seems to work with them. Are they premanently dead or am I missing something? They're TDK (-RW) and Fuji (+RW) branded and I get the same message on a variety of writers (pioneer A03, Sony DRU-500A, sony DW-U12A and sony DW-U50A). Any help would be appreciated. The underside of the disks are all pristine, with no dust or scratches.
In the info box on DVDDecrypter, the disk info says: formatted No (started) if this helps.

Try burning with some other app.
