Ok heres my question and i thank you in advance for answering it. i have many avi files that when i convert to DVD get all pixelated. In detail when there is a black area or when the scene get too intense hence alot of fighting or alot of moving around. When i view these movies on my pc they are fine and dont have any issues what so ever. Any ideas fellas? Also i use AVI2DVD and Mainconcept MPEG Encoder.

Maybe your bitrate is too low? Try either raising the bitrate or reducing the frame size. You noticing it in black areas sounds like maybe you might do good to check your video settings with a histogram. If you changed any of your hardware settings for capture devices try setting them back to defaults first.
