    hi everybody. im a new ...

    i have a problem my DV Video. So Randomize pixel block on my video... So how to tell i dont know__! it s a pixel block _? or what ? pls look my sample ...

    Also im capturing DV or MPEG ... The Both video is same... A problem source is Panasonic Mini DV Tape... By the way.. im check in on my camcorder Display... its same pixelate...

    Finally... how can i repair this problem..._? Tnx _!

    The data on the tape is corrupt. There's no easy way to fix the video.
