    I have made a movie in flash and i need to export it to an avi so i can put it into pinnicle edtion 5. but if i make it uncomppressed the movie doesn't work right so i need a codec the will give me the best quality. i don't care about file size.

    Have you tried DV? I've read a lot about people having the same problem as you and I'm not sure there's a solution. I wonder how well a screen cap program would work like Camtasia Studio. Just a thought.
