  1. hi,

i've been using DVDWS for a while now to create my own dvds from video captures. i haven't had any problems until about 2 weeks ago anytime i save the VOB files, they play with no audio. i can't think of anything that has changed.

i create my vidcaps using the software i got with my video capture card. then i load the mpg(s) into DVDWS, go about the general routine of building the DVD, then save the files to my computer first so i could test them before burning with nero. when i get to the testing of the VOBs, there's no audio.

anyone come across this before or have any suggestions on what to try?

    thanks.

  2. Which version of Ulead DVD Workshop are you using?

If you're not using the new Ulead DVD Workshop 2.0 or the older AC-3 1.3 version, then you won't have support for AC-3 audio.

Is it possible the troublesome .VOBs utilized AC-3 audio?
