I have a movie in a bin format that is an svcd. When I used isobuster to take the video out of the bin file the movie played just fine. I then burned the movie using nero. when i put the movie in my dvd player, which has in the past played vcds and svcd, the movie acted like the vertical hold on the tv was messed up, I did check this and that was not the case. If anyone can tell me how to fix this I would be extremely thankful.

why not burn the movie IN the bin format - instead of all the extra work ?

I did burn it in the bin format. I extracted it just to make sure the quality was good. How would I tell if it was PAL?

One way you can check is by opening the extracted mpeg with Virtualdub MPEG2, then go to File>File Information. If it's 480x576 and 25fps it's a PAL SVCD.

convert it to ntsc
