I have VCDs with dual language (e.g. left=Mandarin, right=Cantonese). I'd like to overlay one channel with the other, replacing one language with the other. Are any tools available to do this?

It's in the spec to have two audio channels, but I think you have to do it in something like Philips VCD Toolkit or I-Author. Unless you want to have both channels in the same language, then just split your channels using something like cooledit, and then convert you mono audio back to stereo.
