I have tried TMPGenc DVD Autor and DVDLAB for DVD autoring with mixed results.
Are there any othere good DVD authoring apps which do not reencode DVD complient files? I want try something different.
I hate the fact that DVDLAB takes too long, it demux and then remux the same files!
TMPG DVD Author does not seem to do menus in 16:9 ratio only 4:3, with very little flexibility.
Thanks in advance.

I did but the problem is that it creates audio synch problem if I don't. My source files are DVB mpeg files.

Ah - I'm seeing a lot of posts about various Mpeg types.
I think the whole mpeg spec is a little messy and causing difficulty.
Have you tried demuxing and then a simple re- author with IfoEdit.
Try and get a program to check out the streams delay etc. That might give you some clues.... -
Maa the problem is that TMPGenc DVD Author did not have problems with the same files! This app is too simple.

Adobe Encore author without re-encoding. I have been using it for the past 2 months and despite all the crticism I have read about it, I am pleased with it.
No problem to report so far. -
Hi there,
try Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2 ("Filmbrennerei"), it does optionally no reencoding.
