    I have a rar file on which I used Winrar to extract bin and cue files which I then burned in Nero. I seleected dvd but partway through, it changed to cd and would not accept a dvd. My dvd player does not recognize this {or vcd and svcd}. Is there a way to burn this to dvd or to view it on my pc. Thankyou

    Isobuster should open a bin file so you can see what it contains.

    It's also worth pointing out that .bin and .cue files can only be used for cds, not dvds.
