  1. Hey, me again. I captured my video, used LordSmurfs guide to the T. Now when I try to convert it to SVCD using Dvd2Svcd I get "the original video framerate of 33.954 is not supported" The Huffy framerate is set to 29.97. What is going on here?! Thanks.

  3. Well, this is my girlfriends little project and she wants to do everything, just wanted it a little more easier for her. I just looked at the "finished" project of it and it didn't look so good. What would you suggest we use. She wants to take some wedding footage she shot with her video 8 camera. It only has composite connections, no svideo connection. It will be an avi because she needs to edit the video and put in some special effects and stuff. After that it'll need to be transfered. Right now on svcd but eventually I'll be getting a dvd burner. Thanks LordSmurf. Your guides are great. Makes me glad I got an ATI card. Thanks again.

Then you may want to go 352x480 with 48khz audio and save the reencoding when you get your DVD writer....

Use an encoder like TMPGEnc Plus or another one.
