DVDXCopy Express problems. Please help!

I am using DVDXCopy Express and have encountered a few problems. When it comes to drive select theres nothing in th drop down menu. I have removed and reinstalled both my dvd burner(8x BTC dvd dual) and my dvd rom, but still nothing. I even went into device manager and removed them there and have reinstalled DVDXCopy Express on numerous occasions. Please someone tell me that they had the same problem and how to fix it.

This is a strange problem i Guess you place a disk into your drive and run the movie to make sure it plays ok then open dvd x copy express
