    Hello guys,

    What is my best bet for converting Divx files to burn onto DVDr and watch on a standalone player. I've been using TMPGenc Plus to convert Divx to VCD for a while now but have noticed that there is a DVD function aswell. Ideally I want to keep as close to the quality of the Divx file as possible.

    Is there another program that does it all in one go? can TMPGEnc convert to DVD, I have a vague memory that when last time I attempted the DVD function I couldn't write it to DVDr for somereason.

    All help and advice is very welcome

    Virtual Dub extract audio (and frameserve to tmpgenc if you want)
    Tmpgenc plus to convert to mpeg2
    Tmpgenc dvd author to author dvd (obviously)
    Nero to burn

    Nice and simple, guides can be found on the left
    If it's wet, drink it
