    I am wondering why there is no such tool like DVDshrink, which uses CCE to re-encode. Just the same , only a different encoder. Is that so difficult?

    I am now using Scenarist NT, DoItFast4U, DoCCE4U & ReAuthorist.

    Or is there such tool?

    DVDshrink is a transcoder, not an encoder. Thats quite a big difference. Search the forum if you want more details.
