DVD Shrink is the only one of those mentioned that can reduce size, but it is limited in what it can do. If you want to keep everything, then you will have to compromise quality. This means running it through Shrink once, then taking the results and running it through Shrink again.
Better quality can be obtained by using DVD Rebuilder with the free encoder HCEnc. Use the installer and everything will be set up for. Sacrifice quality in the extras by choosing half-d1 for extras and get a better quality main feature.
Or use a combination of the two. Use Shrink in re-author mode to take just the main feature (no extras, no menus) and see if it fits on a single layer disc. if it doesn't, and only misses by a small amount, let Shrink reduce the size. If it still misses by quite a bit, write the results to your HDD, then use DVD Rebuilder to reduce the size.Read my blog here.

DVDFab Decrypter to rip to your HDD and run it through FiXVTS and last shrink with DVD Shrink.
But some dvds are still a bit too big for dvd shrink but try remove audio tracks, extra material and such. -
Thank you for your help and i will try those again see if it'll help me
