dvd2onex start button greyed out?

i used dvd2one last week. v. 1.2 worked fine, know when i try to use it the start button is greyed out, anyone have this happen and know how to fix it? i'm in 10.3.2. ripped the dvd with dvd backup with no problems. i tried selecting 2 other dvd's too and no luck. any thoughts?

Defaultly the button is greyed out

it only appears when you have properly selected your VIDEO_TS folder and when you have chosen all of the min. requirements for that process

once everything is selected it will appear as normal.
I suspect you know this and that there is something else causing the problem

the issue is WHY!
to date i have NEVER had a greyed out button when all things are properly set

i suspect no one else will be able to reply because this seems too wierd

Perhaps you should upgrade to the latest and give that a try

can you think of anythign differnet you have done

downloaded the newest version, still not working. tried other discs, from other other drives. still won't allow me to select. this sucks.
