  1. hi-just converted 2 .mpg files to dvd-when i play them on standalone the picture is really slow-but audio plays fine-i used dvdsanta to convert them,as i did use svcd2dvdmpg,but when i tried to author using tmpgencdvdauthor it said video gop was no standard for a dvd-is there any way to change the frame rate??

    Try using a better tool than DVD Santa. What sort of mpeg files were the originals ?

  3. hi-they were svcd i extracted them as .mpg files using isobuster,they play ok on pc,but dvd is slow

    Try the demo of DVD Lab. You can load svcd straight into the project. DVD Lab will transcode the audio to 48khz to be compliant, but keep the mpegs as they are. Most players will be happy with them.
