    Does anyone know if version 1.0A is safe to flash with? I am using 1.08 right now with no problems at all and am wondering if it's even worth it. Does anyone know what this version fixes?

    I flashed my drive a couple of days ago and it seems to be working fine. I've burned a few disks and no problems. I don't see any difference but I'm using the same media. The update says that it supports more media. Unless you're having a problem with some media type I wouldn't flash it. Better safe than sorry.

    Umm.

    How can you have 1.0A.... but say you are using 1.08???

    I am saying this because 1.04 was just released last week for the IndiDVD (TDK).

    1.04 is for the 8x burner. 1.0A is the 4x burner.
