How can back-up a DVD Audio Disc that is a DVD9 ?? Is this possible?

Nobody knows? All of all you people, not 1 of you have back-up a DVD Audio Disc

Also going beyound the compression. The benifit of DVD audio is the quality of the audio, if you were to compress it a whole bunch, your prolly not gonna like the outcome. DVD-audio is also pretty much as compressed as it can be. There wouldnt be much more room for effective compression. It would also take a pretty fancy decoder/transcoder/encoder to analyize each track, and determine what and how much compression it can do.
If you just want the audio off of it, there is prolly a ripping technique that may work with some DVD ripping programs (not sure), look into the ones that are mainly used for converting to AVI and what not, you can then rip the audio, and then convert to how you want. Be weary that the results usually suck, as well as it taking many many hours
