Yes, first try another computer if you can: if that works, your own burner is probably at fault. If you've had the burner for over a year, and used it a lot, it may simply be starting to wear out or losing compatibility with some media types. Try a completely different disc and see if that works: another brand, 8x instead of 16x, +R instead of -R, R/W instead of R, etc.

If you try another computer, and the copy still fails, then you may have a severe authoring error in those DVDs. This often happens when Nero is involved anywhere in the process- its a very buggy program. It can also happen with good software, sometimes you just get a random repeated glitch with your setup that is unnoticeable because the discs seem to play OK, but when you attempt to back them up later it fails. I have found for some reason that a DVD/HDD recorder will often ignore these authoring/burning errors: if you own one or can borrow one, try loading one of your problem discs and telling the recorder to make a backup copy. When all else fails on my computers, my Pioneer DVD/HDD always makes a backup with no problem.

If these problem discs are not recent, if they're more than a few months old, you have a small possibility that the media was borderline causing a borderline burn that plays but is too error-ridden to pass a computer copy process. There is little you can do in that case, if ImgBurn and IsoBuster don't help. Its always a good idea to alternate two brands of media so you can check them against each other if problems arise later.
