divx to dvd help please

need help to convert divx to dvd what to use whare from and how to if anyone can spare the time would be greatful on the net most of the time u can email me then use msn cheers thankyou

I'd suggest you take a look at some of the gazillions of guides on AVI to DVD found right here under Convert.
If/when you've tried a couple of them out and still don't succeed, please come back with a specific question!

Easy option is to use DVD2SVCD.

This program allows you to import avi files and produce a DVD compliant mpeg. You need a version of either CCE or TMPGenc.

thanks for replies still got problem i can convert avi to dvd using tmpgenc convertor and tmpgenc dvd author.as soon as i open it i get unsupportted forrmatt cant go any futher.read replies followed instructions but couldnt get pasted the start.so do i need special program to convert dvix to mpg so i can make it to dvd..thnks

OK. So TMPGEnc wont open the AVI. Do you have the codecs needed? Use GSpot to tell. Have you read this? TMPGEnc common problems
