Pauses between chapters during playback

i'm trying to make a copy of a disney dvd without a lot of success
All of my copys have a problem when i play them back. there is a pause between each chapter (blank screen no sound, lasts about 3 secs)
i've tried anydvd and clone dvd,
dvd decrypter, dvd2one and copy2dvd,
dvd decrypter and clone dvd,
dvd decrypter, dvd2one and nero.
I've also tried two different brands of dvdr.
Anybody with any ideas?

sorry, but you need to list your steps (as well as the tools) you are using for assistance. i've done 10s of disney titles w/o any problems. i also use

dvd decrypter, dvd2one and copy2dvd

and

dvd decrypter, dvd2one and nero

as well as DVD Shrink in place of dvd2one above.

I've tried dvd shrink and anydvd with success.
Think i'll stick to these in future!
