I was screwing with V-dup and av synth... installed them, then tried to uninstall them..
Now, My Vfapi will not convert a .d2v file or a .tpr file...
I am completely stumped now...
how can I dump the registry settins for the avi file handler and then use the VFAPI?
I use win2k professional... amd 1.4 gz, 256 ddr ram 60 gig hard drive...
I have been able to convert .tpr files to .avi files with vfapi until I started screwing with v-dub and av synth... I was able to compress and make an .mpv file too... now I can't really sucks...
how to clean or reset ?
Thanks in advance.
Sincerely,
Mike

Sounds like you need to run the UNINSTALL portion and REMOVE of Vdub's handler...

Well I figured it out..
I did run all the uninstall handlers...
exception of one... run the endproxy.reg file in the avi folder of v-dub... did that, and no more problems..
Thanks tho for the thought..
