confusing dvd shrink 3.1 results

I am trying to backup an TV episode DVD disc (simpsons season 3 disc 1)
using the new DVD SHRINK 3.1 but the results it gives are confusing me.

If I choose backup full dvd it chooses says there are 5 epsiodes in the main movie section of 1 file duration 1h50min.

If choose re-author dvd and goto main movie it shows 7 episodes on he disc. Each one previewed seperately in different. 2hrs 34 mins total.

But there is supposed to be 6 episodes on the dvd when playing the dvd in the dvd player software.

is this a problem with dvd shrink 3.1 giving flase and incorrect chapter information? Or is dvd shrink 3.1 no good for backing up Episodic dvds

It's probably just the ifo file structure on that disk. If it has six episodes it may for example have a separate PGC which an episode repeated with director's commment = 7 episodes,but there's really only six. Let DVD Shrink convert in full disk mode and play it on PowerDVD and see if the episodes and menus work. Re-author mode means you loose the menus and you don't want to do that.
