TMPEG..I NEED HELP NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well.......i have used the TMPGE to convert other avi. files to mpeg. Now the shit wont work and it says my file is unsupported or cannot be opened. when i go to the audio line the damn file will open though.It is only in the video line where it fucks up. Can anyone tell me what to do so that i can open the damn file, convert it, burn it and send it to my g/f. Thank you for your time everyone.

go to the Environment Options. then VFAPI tab. try messing with the DirectShow Filter... either make it a Higher Priority or try disabling it totally by unchecking it.

is there a time limit or file size limit in TMPGE???...the file i want to convert is 43 mins 25 seconds long and at 149,888 kb........please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no size limit but what you could try is uninstalling whatever divx codec you are using and then reinstall it.
