Cannot open AVI file

Hey everyone, happy new year

I recently tried to cap smth off TV, using iuVCR and I compressed it with MJPEG.
My PC caught this virus though, a worm or smth which infected the remote procedure call and so it crashed while capping.
I tried to load the video to virtualdub & tmpgenc but none accepts it.
Anyone know how to fix it?

You could try a repair tool, like DIVX ASF AVI RM WMV Repair v3.21, which can be downloaded at:
http://www.repair-video.com/
I don't know if it works or not, but I found it in a Google search.

I tried but it wont load it, it says invalid filetype
Premiere & vdub wont load it either :/
