I have used DVDFab to split Bad Boys 2. I like how DVDFab allows you to choose which chapter you want to split at and adds an "Insert Disc 2" graphic. The first disc had menu/trailers/first half of movie. The other disc only had the second half of the movie.

I want the second disc to have a menu also, BUT when I insert the disc into my DVD player, I want the movie to start where it left off, instead of the menu. If I want to access the menu, I'll press the Menu button on my DVD remote.

I have read that DVDXCopy can do this, but I am not for sure. I have used the split feature in the Platinum version for Seabiscuit, but the files it creates for disc one in the temp folder is too big. I checked the files in the temp folder in PowerDVD and it contains the menu and the entire movie. There is no split. Also, how can I tell where the split will occur? In DVDFab, they allow you to chose which chapter to split at. DVDXCopy Platinum does not.

Anyone else have this problem and have a solution?
