    Has anyone attempted/accomplished this - writing at 8x speed with the Ritek G04 disks?

    Everyone says how great these disks are.

    The G04 discs are - format. The DVD burners out now including the Plextor only write the + format at 8x and the - format at 4x.

    Ritek actually makes an 8x certified disc: http://www.supermediastore.com/supermediastore/ritek-dvd-r-dvd-plus-r-8x.html
