okay, i'm looking at buying some fuji+r's. now when i ask some people the write speed it says, they say it doesn't say it on the package. in everyone's experience, what kind of fuji's are those? the reason i ask is cuz i know that the 2.4x kind i see that that's the one most people (on this site) had and gave good reviews for. do the 1x or 4x ones better or worse in quality. i don't care about write speed.

In general, when the +R disks don't state a speed they are rated at 2.4X. Early TDK and Verbatim media didn't state a speed. When 4X +R media became available, the 2.4X media were appropriatelly labeled.
What I'm saying, is that most likely these disks are old stock (or fuji never labeled 4x media - don't believe they manufacture themselves). The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know.
