  1. This is the problem. When watching TV with this card everything is fine. When I turn on timeshifting it turns the playback pink. It also does this when I record. If I playback a mpeg in another program while the tv tuner is on then the playback is also pink. However, if I playback a mpeg back in another program (whether it was recorded using the card or if it came from another source.) while the program for the tv tuner card is off then the playback is fine.

Basically its not a problem unless I want to use timeshifting (which I do).

Another problem is that it tells my sound card to turn off the line in every time i start it so it starts with no sound.

  4. Ok, I updated my soundcard drivers and the program doesn't reset the line in anymore. Still have the pink problem though

A wise man once told me that angelvideo codec is evil, uninstall it, and behold all was well. Let me know if this worked.

  6. Unless that is the codec that came with the card then I dont think I have this codec. maybe if you could tell me where to find it as I do not see it listed under video codecs on my computer.
