sorry Truman, you misunderstand me
i want to now which software
can send from my computer to my camcorder
with a firewire connection

and play it on tv!

..oops, excuse me. I never did that. I imagine, Windows media player and a graphic card with TV out should be all, what you need.

Use MovieDV4.0 from aist (www.aist.com). This program has the function "print to tape", e.g. you can load first the mpeg or avi clip and then "print" it back to the camcorder via firewire.

what program are you using to transfer from the camcorder to the computer. I think all or at least the majority of them have a "back to tape" option in them. I know that studio dv also has a back to tape. If you want to do it with the firewire. If your card has an out you could also use that connected to the analog inputs on the camcorder, however the quality would suffer.

I bought a enable widget so after editing etc you can enable record through firewire back to your dv camcorder, make sure your dv camera is compatible. This is for uk and european camcorders that dont have the option to record enabled.
